**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for queries received from regulator/BO/IO and other stake holders.
- Solely responsible for execution of below listed activities as per processes:

- Reconciliation of customer disputes received through CRM.
- Timely closure of customer disputes
- Review of investigation reports.
- Identification of red flags and trends during the investigation of fraud dispute complaints
- Review of call recordings to review investigation performed by analyst
- Preparation of MIS on monthly, quarterly basis.
- Identifying refund details on monthly basis
- Timely submission of Fraud dispute complaints data to internal stake holders
- Responsible to handle queries received from internal ombudsmen/Banking ombudsmen

/internal stake holders.- Coordination with branches and other internal departments.
- Regulatory reporting’s - CPFIR, FMR Reporting
- Data analysis, Trend analysis for creation of rules to minimize fraud disputes
- Proactively highlight unusual trend’s observed across various complaints received.
- Responsible to give training to team members/other units related to dispute management
- Meetings and Feedback to team members
- Tracker review, ensure correct reporting’s
