Customer Support Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls & answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information to customers about company products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
- Escalating customer issues to appropriate departments as needed
- Maintaining customer records and updating them as necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meeting or exceeding company performance targets for customer satisfaction, call resolution, and other metrics as assigned
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and colleagues
- Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and effective customer support
- Introducing company products and services to customers and explaining their benefits
- Persuading customers to make a purchase or take a desired action, such as scheduling an appointment or signing up for a subscription
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and call logs
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue
- Following up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team and company goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and techniques
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry
- Ability to remain calm and patient while working with frustrated or upset customers
- Ability to learn and understand complex products and services quickly
- Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or previous customer service experience preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,300.00 - ₹11,600.00 per month
