**MINIMUM - 5 to 6 yrs of Experience in Accounting**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
- Generating E-invoice
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
- Maintain efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
- Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.
- Assist audit activities.
- Contact clients to update them about balance payments.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Process administration functions.
- Evaluate all vendor agreements and invoices and organize contracts.
- Offer support to the finance team as needed.
- Assist accountants and prepare all cash flow reports and data.
- Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.
- Office Management and Housekeeping
- TDS : Should be aware of TDS Law, payment due dates and filing returns before due dates etc.
- Profession TAX payment and return filling
- GST: Should have basic knowledge of GST, filing returns etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator, Accountingor similar role.
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Liaise with Government authority.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree with knowledge in accounting, finance or a related field.
- At least three to four years of experience in financial and accounting work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
