**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, vendors
- Ensure adherence to approved project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address issues promptly.
- Maintain daily logs of work progress, materials used, and labor attendance.
- Assist in the scheduling and delivery of materials, ensuring no disruption to work.
- Liaise between project management and on-site workers to ensure clear communication.
- Prepare reports on work progress and present to project managers and stakeholders.
- Resolve site-related issues efficiently to minimize delays or cost overruns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate, construction, or civil infrastructure projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to and manage multiple project sites, if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with real estate development cycles and timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
