Key Responsibilities
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:Identifying and resolving hardware (e.g., motherboards, screens) and software issues on computers, laptops, and other devices.
- **Maintenance**:Performing regular maintenance, security updates, and tests to ensure systems are functioning correctly and to prevent future problems.
- **Technical Support**:Providing technical assistance to users and customers, answering questions, and offering instructions on how to use software or troubleshoot common problems.
- **Hardware Upgrades**:Replacing damaged or outdated hardware components and performing hardware upgrades to improve performance.
- **Network Support**:Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and maintaining wired and wireless networks.
- **System Monitoring**:Checking network backup logs and ensuring the proper function of various computer and network components.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- **Hardware Knowledge**:Understanding of various computer components like motherboards, hard drives, keyboards, and peripherals.
- **Diagnostic Skills**:Ability to analyze computer functions and diagnose problems effectively.
- **Customer Service**:Strong communication skills to interact with users, answer questions, and provide support.
- **Problem-Solving**:Analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions.
- **Manual Dexterity**:Proficiency in using small tools to take apart and reassemble computer components.

Pay: ₹10,650.00 - ₹32,581.97 per month
