We are hiring **Sr.Manager/AGM Program Manager for Differential Assembly & Gear Box Projects.**

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of project management (PMP)experience, preferably in development, product manufacturing engineering in automotive industry from transmission/axle/differential assembly.
- Excellent program management skills including project management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management & resource allocation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all CFT, build strong relationship with external and internal stake holders.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem solving with decision making skills with attention and detailed accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with ability to present complex technical information to convey CFT.
- Advance English proficiency is must, prefer if having German or Chinese language.
- Lead & manage all aspects of Gear Box & Differential Assembly program from initiation to completion with adherence to project time lines, budgets & quality with customer requirements.
- Develop project plans, set project goals with objectives, establish project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering teams, operations & Quality (CFT) ensure smooth project progress, including managing resources, resolving issues & mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering teams for continuous improvement with innovation and continuous improvement in Gear Box / Differential assemblies in line with customer requirements, design processes & technologies.
- Implement PMP best practices, tools & methodologies to optimize project outcomes and ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, status and performance matrix to senior management and stake holders.
- Ensure compliances with relevant industry standards, regulations & customer requirements through out project life cycles.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)**
- Experience of PMP with knowledge of products and process required.
- Experience Automotive project management such as transmission, drive shafts, differential assemblies, E Axles, Axles.
- Achieve Project Plan targets
- Willingness to tackle difficult issues and resolve conflict
- Mechanical/Automobile Engineer + MBA + PMP
- Experience of 10-15 Years.

**Salary**: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
