Job position: Team Member - Service Centre

Reporting to: Manager - Service Partner & Spares Business Development

Location Head Office, Pune

Age 25 to 28 years

1. Qualifications and Requirements:

- Full time Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (DME/DEE) from reputed & recognized Institutes
- 3 to 5 yrs of working experience in similar industry like geared motors, pump, electrical motors or Automoible ancillary
- Hands on working Experience in Service or Maintenance department with knowhow of Assembly

tools like Assy Press, Pneumatic & Hydraulic power tools, measuring instruments gauges, electrical instruments
- Good technical & drawing reading knowledge. Working with SAP would be added advantage.
- Good communication in English language. Flexibility to visit customers site, if needed

2. Detail Job Profile
- Responsible for Gearbox, Geared motor & Electrical Motor repairs at NDI Service Centre
- Work as Assembler using press, Pneumatic & hydraulic tools, Electrical measuring & Quality instruments
- Compatible in Reading engineering drawings & implement it during assembly as may be required.
- Understand customer requirements, daily repair plan and assembler Gear Box & Geared Motor accordingly
- Participation in 5S and Kaizen activity to improve service infrastructure utilization & better Productivity
- Meet Service center daily & monthly predefined target.
- Make customer requested product failure reports & explain it to the concern team before proceeding with actual repairs
- Expected to work as a team members in co-ordinations with service centre in-charge.
- Flexible to Travel - Visit Customer sites for understanding customer problem, diagnosis & solving them
- Daily reporting on actual service centre working & priorities.

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
