**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Certification in Fire Safety or Fire Protection Engineering is highly desirable.
- **Experience**:
- At least 5 years of experience in fire safety engineering or site supervision in the fire protection industry.
- Prior experience in supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire safety systems such as alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
- **Technical Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, safety codes, and regulatory standards (e.g., NFPA, local fire safety standards).
- Strong proficiency in fire safety design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for reviewing plans and schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems used in fire protection.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
