**Job Summary**:
A Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and hotel areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They play a key role in providing a pleasant stay for guests by maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring all amenities are in place.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Cleaning & Room Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities such as toiletries and refreshments.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash to maintain cleanliness.
- Check and report any maintenance or repair needs (e.g., broken fixtures, faulty appliances).

**2. Guest Service & Comfort**:

- Ensure rooms are prepared according to guest preferences and hotel guidelines.
- Respect guest privacy and adhere to "Do Not Disturb" policies.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with any special requirements, such as extra towels or pillows.

**3. Inventory & Supplies Management**:

- Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linen.
- Report low stock levels or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

**4. Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
- Adhere to hotel policies, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and as per guidelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet hotel standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
