**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

2. **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Actively promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, and other services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest travel destinations, trends, and industry developments.
- Communicate effectively about the features and benefits of various travel packages.

4. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Follow up on leads promptly and professionally to convert them into sales.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
