**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and produce content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Manage and grow social media handles by curating posts, creating reels, and engaging with the audience.
- Generate innovative ideas for campaigns to boost audience engagement.
- Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and analytics to optimize content performance.

**Qualifications**
- **Age**: 20-28 years.
- **Education**: Graduation in any field (preferably Mass Communication, Journalism, or Marketing).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management. Freshers with exceptional portfolios will also be considered.
- Proven ability to handle social media handles effectively, demonstrating growth and engagement.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and [local language].
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation platforms.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
