Purchase Executive Imports

Communicate with import suppliers to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
Manage new vendor onboarding process : MOU/VRF & Agreements, vendor creation, Purchase requisition creation, product id creation, master updates, purchase order creation in ERP system
Manage financial and currency processes and transactions in accordance with import policy and law, and to optimize cost-effectiveness of activities.
Plan and implement import strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
Place appropriate Orders to ensure availability of adequate stock and avoid No Stock out situation
Prepare Monthly Order working, stock fulfilment report and sales projections of Suppliers and share with them in advance
Follow up with vendors and logestic team for timely delivery of stocks.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for delivery appointment, ensure timely stock inwarding, RTV stocks and invoice clearance
Coordinate with finance team for vendors payments & ledger reconciliations
Analyze product reviews, ratings, sales returns and share feedbacks with NPD team
Coordinate for website content and design team for product content creation and updation
Analyze the sell thrus, stock covers, discounts, combo creation and stocks gaps

Job specifications

1. Required (Must Have) skills:
a) Have fairly decent Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
b) Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
c) Hands on experience with MS excel, MS office

2. Desired (Good to have) skills: Experience as an Import Buying in Retail industry
3. Qualification: MBA in Operations 5. Experience: 4 years +

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,133.77 per month
