Ltd **Designation: -** Sales Agent - Logistics Operations (OTR/ Drayage) **Qualification: -** Graduation **Experience: -** 6 Months to 5 years (In Logistics or International Sales) **Salary Range: -** Depends on Interview - Negotiable **Job Timings: -** 5:30 p.m. (IST) to 2:30 a.m. (IST) - Monday to Friday (5 days working) **Location: -** Mohali (On-site) **Prerequisite: -** Ø Fluent Communication skills in English Ø Sales /negotiation Skills **Responsibilities**: - Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline. - Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services. - Providing shipping quotes to customers. - Booking orders with carriers. - Helping prepare the carrier for the load. - Tracking status of loads. - Collaborating with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collection and drop-off. - Keeping accurate records of relevant activities. - Updating customers on shipment status, and assisting with other inquiries. - Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation market. - Responsible for redressal of any concerns relating to international freight - Work with existing transport suppliers on optimum delivery rates. - Responsible for using logistics Load Board/ TMS or software to optimize processes. **Minimum desired qualifications for the job**: - Min 6 months of work experience in a similar role. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Outstanding people skills. - Proficient in negotiation skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. - Having logistics/ freight forwarding experience will be a plus - Working knowledge of the US market would also help **Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Commuter assistance - Leave encashment - Paid time off Schedule: - Night shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Rabab Studios, Phase 8B, Sector 74, Mohali - 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 8360587728
