**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement curriculum for abacus and Vedic mathematics classes based on the school's guidelines and requirements.

Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities.

Teach students various abacus techniques, mental calculations, and Vedic maths principles.

Provide individualized attention and support to students to enhance their mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Assess student performance through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.

Communicate with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop teaching strategies, and coordinate instructional activities.

Stay updated with the latest developments in abacus and Vedic maths education through professional development opportunities.

Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Education is preferred.

Proven experience in teaching abacus and Vedic mathematics to students.

Strong knowledge of abacus techniques, mental calculations, and Vedic maths principles.

Excellent instructional and classroom management skills.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching mathematics.

Organizational skills to manage lesson plans, assessments, and student records.

Flexibility to adapt to changing educational trends and student requirements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
