**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with IB curriculum standards.
Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student inquiry and critical thinking.
Prepare teaching materials and resources to support differentiated learning.
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary learning activities.
Participate in curriculum development, workshops, and IB training programs.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
Uphold the IB philosophy and learner profile within the school environment.
Ensure compliance with IB policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
✔ IB Certification or willingness to undertake IB training.
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB school.
✔ Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
✔ Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
✔ Passion for inquiry-based learning and international education.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
