**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the JEE exam pattern to ensure accurate and up-to-date preparation resources.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure smooth and effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Encourage active participation and interactive learning.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- A Master's degree in Physics or a related field. B.Ed. qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in teaching Physics for competitive exams, preferably JEE.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve top ranks in JEE or similar competitive exams is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to engage students and convey lessons in an interactive and understandable manner.
- Good classroom management skills with a focus on student engagement and motivation.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching Physics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of varying learning capabilities.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
