**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and comprehensive Mathematics lessons tailored to the JEE syllabus.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Mathematics concepts, ensuring clarity in understanding.
- Offer individualized attention to students, addressing their academic needs and helping them overcome learning challenges.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, ensuring students grasp difficult concepts.
- Monitor and track student progress through regular tests, assignments, and quizzes.
- Stay updated with changes to the JEE syllabus and exam pattern, adjusting teaching strategies and resources accordingly.
- Foster a positive, interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a focused learning environment during classes.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback on student performance.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to ensure a unified approach to JEE preparation.

**Key Requirements**:

- A Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Ed. qualification is an added advantage).
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in teaching Mathematics for competitive exams, especially JEE.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve significant improvement in their performance in JEE or other competitive exams.
- Strong proficiency in **spoken and written English**, with the ability to explain complex Mathematics topics clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage students and explain concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- In-depth knowledge of the JEE Mathematics syllabus and examination format.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to present multiple approaches to a single problem.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and patient, with a love for teaching Mathematics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to teaching and student engagement.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
