**Job Title: Student Coordinator**

**Job Overview**:As a Student Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the overall student experience within the educational institution. Your primary focus will be on coordinating various activities, addressing student concerns, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Support**:Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance.
Offer guidance and resources to help students navigate academic and administrative processes.

**Event Coordination**:Plan, organize, and coordinate student events, workshops, and programs.
Collaborate with student groups, faculty, and staff to ensure successful event execution.

**Orientation Programs**:Assist in organizing and conducting orientation programs for new students.
Provide information on campus resources, policies, and academic requirements.

**Academic Advising**:Work closely with academic advisors to support students in their educational journey.
Help students understand degree requirements and course selection.

**Student Engagement**:Promote and encourage student involvement in extracurricular activities.
Facilitate the formation of student clubs and organizations.

**Communication**:Disseminate important information to students through various channels.
Communicate academic deadlines, announcements, and policy updates.

**Conflict Resolution**:Mediate and resolve conflicts between students when necessary.
Collaborate with relevant parties to address academic or interpersonal issues.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and concerns.
Generate reports on student engagement and satisfaction.

**Collaboration with Faculty**:Collaborate with faculty members to address student needs and concerns.
Facilitate communication between students and faculty.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student affairs, academic advising, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Empathy and understanding of student needs and challenges.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in an office or academic setting.
- Flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- May involve attending meetings and events on or off-campus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
