We have an opening for a Jr Company Secretary (Qualified CS) with a leading retail group in Thrissur.

**Job responsibilities**

Ensure that the company is following the laws and guidelines explained in the memorandum in order to make the easy functioning of the organization.
Furnishing the annual returns and forms according to the Companies Law
Helps the chairman and directors in implementing some guidelines effectively
Play the role of connector between the investors, board of directors, and authorities who work in the direction of the company’s functioning and regulation.
Keep Record Of Legal Works
Scheduling Company Meetings:
Maintaining Company Records like VAT registration, Tax record and accountancy, statutory compliance etc.
Must have good Command Over Corporate Governance
Maintain Company Statutory Register

**Educational Qualification**: Must be a qualified Company Secretray( CS certified) **Experience** Min 6 months( post CS qualification)

**Age**:max 35yrs

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
