**Key Responsibilities**:

Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

2. **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax assessments.

3. **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

4. **Internal Controls and Process Improvement**:

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial and accounting systems.

5.** Team Management**:

- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 12-18 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
