- Handling ROC Annual Compliance-related work, including preparing and filing annual returns, maintenance of statutory records, and other related tasks.- Conduct GST audits, file GST returns, and ensure compliance with GST regulations.-
- Performing Tax Audits, including verifying tax returns, conducting tax planning, and advising clients on tax-related matters.- Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.- Must have at least 2 years of experience in ROC Annual Compliance, GST, and Tax Audits.-
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
