**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in the labeling and printing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **B2B clients, manufacturers, packaging companies, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and other industries**.
- Conduct **market research** to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Generate **leads and convert them into long-term customers**.
- Prepare and present **sales proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations**.
- Meet **monthly and annual sales targets**.

**Marketing & Brand Promotion**
- Develop and implement **marketing strategies** to enhance brand awareness.
- Participate in **exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events** to promote the company's products.
- Collaborate with the design team for **marketing materials, brochures, and digital promotions**.

**Client Servicing & Coordination**
- Work closely with the **production and design teams** to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Handle **customer queries, complaints, and feedback** professionally.
- Maintain **records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales/marketing (preferably in printing, labeling, or packaging industries).
- **Skills**:

- Strong **communication & negotiation skills**.
- Ability to generate **B2B leads and close deals**.
- Knowledge of **printing processes, labeling materials, and packaging trends**.
- Experience in **digital marketing & CRM tools** is a plus.
- Willingness to **travel** for client meetings and industry events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
