We are urgently hiring for **Account Executive** for **ITO Delhi** location.

Designation/ Job title **:Executive/Sr. Executive**

Status **:Full Time Employee**

**Job purpose**: - The Incumbent will be responsible for taking care of day-to-day accounting, preparation of financials statement, GST Compliance, Accounts payable

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Day to Day Accounting**:

- Entry in Tally on daily basis
- Reconciliations - Bank/Vendors
- Support in preparation of Financial Statements on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Co-ordination with internal/Statutory Auditor to complete the same on defined timelines
- Preparing various schedule required by auditors.

**2. GST Compliance**:

- Preparation of Filling of Monthly GSTR-1 & 3B along with reconciliation of books on monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2A /2B with Input register (Books of Accounts) on monthly basis
- Resolving GST queries of vendor/customer
- Preparation of reply to GST queries raised by department.

**3. Accounts Payable**:

- Processing Vendor Payments
- Resolving queries of Vendor and Employees

**4. TDS**:

- Ensuring TDS deduction as applicable
- TDS deposits on time
- Filing TDS returns

**Qualification & Experience required**
- Qualification: CA Inter.
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Good Knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel Must
