Digital Marketing Strategist

**Responsibilities**:_
**1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals and budget, incorporating SEO, Google Ads, social media, and lead generation tactics.
- Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable goals for each campaign.
**2. SEO and Website Optimization**:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine performance.
- Monitor website analytics and provide insights to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry changes and algorithm updates to ensure SEO strategies remain effective.
**3. Google Ads Management**:
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and drive continuous improvement.
**4. Social Media Management**:
- Develop social media strategies aligned with clients' goals and target audiences.
- Create engaging and shareable social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking.
**5. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling and effective lead magnets and landing pages.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and lead generation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
He/she should have a keen interest in Digital marketing and keep up with industry trends. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape and share this knowledge with the team.
