**Urgent requirement**

We are hiring for a chip-level **Mobile Repair Technician** for our stores in Hyderabad & Secunderabad Locations. Mobile phone repair technician is responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with various types of mobile devices with various problems. Must having knowledge of different brands of mobiles operating systems, hardware, software and expertise in repairing and replacing screens/displays, batteries, buttons, cameras, and other components in mobile phones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair cell phone hardware and software issues
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair options and timelines effectively
- Manage inventory of replacement parts and order new stock as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in repairing multi-brand cell phones
- Knowledge of different types of cell phone models
- Familiarity with repair tools and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various cell phone issues
- Good communication skills to interact with customers
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
