*Job Title: Mobile Technician*

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile devices

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

  • Replace damaged or faulty parts, such as screens, batteries, and charging ports

  • Install and configure mobile software and operating systems

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques

*Requirements:*

  • Proven experience as a mobile technician

  • Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware and software

  • Experience with mobile repair tools and equipment

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical ability to handle small electronics and work in a static-safe environment

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Experience with popular mobile device brands (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Google)

  • Knowledge of mobile security and data recovery techniques
