**Job Description: Purchase Executive** **Responsibilities**: - Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for furniture production. - Identify potential suppliers, request quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms. - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. - Maintain inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to support production schedules. - Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and specifications. - Handle purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately and promptly. - Monitor market trends and supplier developments to inform procurement decisions. - Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement software. - Good understanding of inventory management principles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **Key Competencies**: - Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes. - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Analytical mindset to assess supplier performance and market conditions. - Problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges and optimize processes. - Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in procurement practices. **About the Company**: **Wurfel Kuche** is a company dedicated to bringing "World Class Kitchens at Your Price" through extensive research and development.
