**JOB DETAILS**

Job title: IPB Central Performance Management

Grade / Corporate Title: Associate

Location: Mumbai

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Central Performance Management Team - Voice Recording
- Centrally coordinate and drive the control execution requirements with regional and business management teams.
- Drive and support remediation activities based on implementation requirements for new controls / changes to existing controls
- Delivery of expected outcome in accordance with set criteria and within defined timelines
- Coordinate and respond to enquiries from business and COO teams
- Engage with stakeholders to provide transparency on progress and potential issues
- Advise and provide guidance on control requirements to engaged parties
- Identify opportunities to improve control execution workflow
- Support on ad-hoc requests from the businesses in accordance with requirements

Production Support
- Perform monthly production elements for internal systems.
- Run monthly cycles and ensure delivery as per schedule.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

Technical Skills:

- Experience in Management Consulting
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
- Very Good Excel working knowledge
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of the financial sector

- A structured and strategic thinker, able to act in a strategic manner with a high level of creativity
- Approachable and sociable, client oriented with a high focus on excellent client service
- A proven team player
