**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide relevant options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct site visits, property inspections, and follow up with potential buyers to close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage property listings, conduct market research, and gather insights to enhance sales strategy.
- Maintain a database of client information, track leads, and update records on client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of **2-5 years** as a Sales Executive in a real estate channel partner firm, ideally within Gurgaon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market and property sales dynamics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach with a passion for real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in real estate or sales (preferred).

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary based on experience (₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per year)

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
