As a part of this function, the R&D Technology and Execution team designs, develops, and maintains software products and solutions, including the underlying systems and architecture. Responsible for delivering world-class products and solutions using established standards and processes in collaboration with other R&D functions and IT operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions.
We are looking for a strong technical hands-on person with development, cloud platform test strategy and design, automation, security, performance, with cloud solution architecting skills considering cost optimization for working with a broad range of teams and stakeholders for System Testing roadmap of our Cloud Platform.
In this role you will:

- Understand the Technical Design from Technical Design/Approach including Application, Middleware, Cloud, Integration, and Database Design
- Identify challenges and technical interdependencies and suggest solutions to address them
- Hands-on with variety of programming languages trying service adoptions, troubleshooting, leading discussions as well as assisting other team members
- Design, develop and reviews a reusable architecture for the test automation and performance test cases and scripts with CI/CD for cloud platform
- Analyze performance data, production logs, and graphs to find anomalies in production and effectively communicates suggestions
- Communicate effectively across multiple teams, stake holders and customers
- Keep abreast of developments in automation and performance testing practices, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Must-Have
- Bachelor/master’s in computer science or a related technical field with 12-15 years of relevant industry experience
- Years of proven experience in leading test strategy for SAAS products such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Azure
- Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and provides architectural and deployment suggestions of distributed cloud software
- Advanced experience reading/writing one or more languages: C#,.NET, Python and JavaScript
- Experience in back-end development on Microsoft Azure with core infrastructure concepts including Microservices, Web Apps, REST Web API, VMs, Service Fabric, ARM based deployment and containers
- Solid understanding of Cloud Service Architecture in Azure/ AWS
- Experience with DevOps, infrastructure management tools and build management tools
- Experience with Scaled Agile or Scrum environment
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders technically, leads team, and passionate to work as an individual contributor
- Excellent analytical skills, open, proactive, results oriented, self-organized and self-motivated
- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, visibility, and transparency
