As a part of this function, the R&D Technology and Execution team designs, develops, and maintains software products and solutions, including the underlying systems and architecture. Responsible for delivering world-class products and solutions using established standards and processes in collaboration with other R&D functions and IT operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions.
We are looking for a strong technical hands-on person with development, test design, performance and cloud testing skills working with a broad range of teams and stakeholders for System Testing roadmap of Common Cloud Platform and Digital Twin Solution.
In this role you will:

- Collaborate with development teams to understand deployment architecture, assess related areas of risk, to help architect, configure, monitor, and support API services and perform tests after code updates and perform regression testing when needed
- Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements
- Tracks and communicates task progress, status, and key performance metrics. Provide performance test reports to stake holders in business unit
- Communicate effectively across multiple teams, stake holders and customers
- Keep abreast of developments in performance testing, practices, and technology. Independently learn, gain expertise, and then lead test implementations of new capabilities
- Continually develop and improve system test processes, adding value through optimization, automation, and effective use of Azure DevOps

Qualifications:
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 9+Years of IT experience having development experience in C# and with significant functional/technical Testing Experience
- Possess strong understanding of test methodology
- Good experience in API automation
- Experience in developing your own testing tools to facilitate performance testing is a major plus
- Solid understanding of Cloud Service Architecture in Azure/ AWS
- Worked with Agile and CI/ CD methodology
- Experience with DevOps and build management tools like ADO, Jenkins, MS Test, etc, with CI/CD
- Excellent analytical skills, open, proactive, results oriented, self-organized and self-motivated
- Experience of working on multi-location software development teams
- Exceptional communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, Testers & Product Support across sites
- Proven experience of leading and coaching others
- Positive approach to problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude
Nice if you have
- Experience with Industrial automation domain knowledge
- Querying the databases using the PowerShell scripts
- SDLC gathering requirements, software design, and development and testing/support using Microsoft Technologies
- Worked on AVEVA products
