As a Creatives Intern at Thinkerbell Labs, your role will play a key part in shaping the visual and artistic expression of our mission to make education inclusive and accessible for all. By leveraging your creativity and design skills, you will contribute to crafting compelling visuals and materials that align with our brand's ethos and resonate with diverse audiences. A focus on creating accessible and impactful designs will ensure that our message reaches and engages everyone, regardless of ability.
We are looking for a creative intern who is passionate about inclusive design, eager to innovate and thrives in a collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects, hone your artistic skills, and be part of a dynamic team driving social impact through technology and creativity.

What will you be doing?

If you're hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

- Design Accessible Visuals: Create inclusive and accessible graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Content Creation: Assist in designing visually engaging content such as infographics, videos, and animations to support outreach efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with Thinkerbell Labs' brand guidelines and ethos of inclusivity.
- User-Centric Design: Incorporate accessibility best practices into designs to make content usable for all, especially visually impaired users.
- Iterate and Improve: Take feedback from cross-functional teams to refine designs and enhance overall visual storytelling.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and accessibility standards to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you'll need to bring to the table:

- A degree or be pursuing a degree in design, marketing, or related fields. Relevant coursework or certifications in design can also be advantageous.
- Good understanding of design principles and techniques.
- Innovative Mindset: A knack for thinking outside the box and bringing fresh, creative ideas to enhance our brand’s storytelling.
- Empathy: A deep understanding of diverse audiences and a commitment to designing for accessibility and inclusivity.
- Proactive Attitude: The ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and contribute meaningfully to team discussions.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in creating designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Passion for Impact: A genuine interest in making a difference through creativity, particularly in the field of education and accessibility.

**Stipend**:INR 25K per month

**Location**:Bengaluru, India
