**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Be task orientated and proven ability to produce quality work on a regular basis, to a consistently high standard
- A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and directionally as required
- Come up with process improvement steps and discuss them with team leader
- Keep your team leader informed on timely manner regarding timing and leaves
- Meet the required utilization - Voice your opinions to stakeholder
- Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard
- Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority
- Excellent ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise
- Consistently delivers high quality of work
- Timely reporting of activities
- Extra vigilant towards the entire task
- Complete the deliverables before the TAT
- Proactively taking more task once completed
- Mentoring associates/advanced associates by sharing knowledge
- Guiding team members on process and Immigration issues
- Developing relationships with associate/advanced associates, through formal and informal contact
- Provide associates/advanced associates performance feedback on timely manner
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

**Skills and attributes for success**
- Excellent business communication skills
- Should have strong knowledge and experience on MS Excel
- Should have knowledge on MS Outlook
- Prior Client facing experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- 1-8 years of previous experience working in a professional services environment or equivalent.
- Knowledge on Immigration UK, EMEA & APAC region is preferable
- To work on Immigration projects for our customers across the globe

**Ideally, you’ll also have**
- Experience in Immigration process, preferably in outbound work permits
- Experience in Global Mobility
