2. **Data Entry**: Accurately enter sales data into the company's ERP system or accounting software.

3. **Invoice Management**: Manage invoice generation, printing, and dispatch to customers.

4. **Payment Tracking**: Monitor and update payment records, ensuring timely follow-ups.

5. **Customer Communication**:Respond to customer queries, resolve billing disputes, and provide support.

6. **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.

**Required Skills**:
1. **Accounting Knowledge**:Familiarity with accounting principles, invoicing, and payment processing.

2. **ERP/Accounting Software**: Proficiency in using ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

3. **Data Entry and Management**:Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with ability to manage and maintain large datasets.

4. **Communication and Interpersonal**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

5. **Analytical and Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues and provide insights.
