**Job Title: Billing Executive**

**Company: LEADSPACE (Outdoor Advertising)**

**Location: Madhapur**

**Salary: 18,000 to 23,000 per month**

**Experience: Minimum 1 year**

**Immediate Joiner Preferred**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process accurate invoices for clients within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and precise billing for all projects and contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions, including contracts, invoices, and payment receipts.
- Address any billing discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring resolution to maintain positive client relationships.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities and financial performance to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing and invoicing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or a related field, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and maintaining records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly desirable.
