**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop engaging visual content for a variety of digital and print materials including brochures, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all design projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and translate them into creative visual solutions.
- **Software Expertise**: Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic software to create high-quality designs.
- **Revisions & Feedback**: Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects at once, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
- **Visual Communication**: Create designs that communicate complex medical and healthcare information in a visually accessible manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the healthcare or related sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across various mediums.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in designing for healthcare or medical-related industries.
- Understanding of print production processes and digital media.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
