We Requires 2 Store Executive for a Manufacturing Company at Taloja MIDC.

Exp : 1-5Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities
- Inform the manager if there is any variance in the material then reconciliation the variance stock.
- Keep the costly material locker room.
- Material entry in ERP Software.
- Consumption of daily used material follow up.
- Consumable spare list send every month.
- Every month given the Total preventive maintenance check sheet & previous month check sheet collect & to keep proper filling
- Monitoring monthly basis inventory audit PM, Breakdown, Why-Why & spare part.
- Maintain 5s systems in stores.
- Updating MSDS file for hazardous materials.
- Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value.
- Material Order, follow up for delivery and processing challans. Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values.
- Quarterly audit of material inventory.
- To procure, sore and issue supplies in a supply operation, process and maintain inventory records, modify and implement inventory control and disposal procedures and perform related work.
- Responsible for maintaining shortages ,excess inventory, taking sufficient action to control / liquidate non moving and slow moving items.
- Physical verification of the materials.
