**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Manager

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**: Director of Sales

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team and track progress towards goals.
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to sales agents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and other industry professionals.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Manage the sales team's budget and expenses.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of success.
- 1+ years experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Highland Marg, Zirakpur - 140603, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
