Inside Sales Associate

1. Client Interaction:
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in the purchasing process.
2. Sales Support:
- Assist sales representatives in managing client accounts and coordinating sales activities.
- Prepare sales documents, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts, as needed.
3. CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
4. Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis.
5. Customer Service:
- Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and maintain positive relationships.
6. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about company products, features, and benefits.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to achieve common goals.
- Share customer insights and feedback with relevant departments to improve overall performance.
**Salary**: From ₹250,000.00 per year
