Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasli. The prime focus of APMAS is working for the
advancement of self-help institutions built on strong cooperative values & principles to
become member-owned. member-managed and member-controlled institutions through
rating, capacity building, livelihoods promotion, research & advocacy and extending
necessary technical services to various stakeholders. APMAS works with Self-Help
Promoting Institutions, SHGs & SHG federations, Producer Organization Promoting
Institutions (POPIs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Cooperatives and other
Community Based Organizations, who believe in and practice self-help, mutual benefit and

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Design MIS tools, forms and relational databases for monitoring and evaluation
surveys and reports.

Oversee entry, processing and cross checking of data to maintain quality of data
Coordination with Program team to ensure smooth data processing
Working closely with Project team to manage changes in databases, MySQL queries
Basic data analysis (cross tabulations, descriptive statistics) using Excel / Tableau /

STATA
Preparing presentations using graphs, tables prepared in Excel / Tableau
Monthly data report generation and presentation for review meetings
Field visits to ensure data quality and support the field team
Capacity Building of the program team on data collection and entry
Assisting in research or any other assignment as and when required
Contribute to organizational level work and events

**Qualifications & Experience required**:
Post-Graduation or equivalent (Public Health, Social work, Sociology, MCA, MBA)
with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data collection and management

Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), MIS,
SPSS / STATA

Able to work independently on Business Intelligence System
Ability to analyse and integrate diverse information from varied sources
Command over Telugu, English, Hindi.
Organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, adaptability, initiative and delivery

of commitments
Willingness to travel in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh States and adjoining areas
