**Job Summary**:The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts from customers, ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive relationships. The role involves tracking outstanding balances, negotiating payment plans, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve billing issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in collections, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of credit and collections principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
