Job Title: Collection Executive

**Salary**: UPTO 20000 Rs

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Debt Collection**: Travel to customers' locations to collect outstanding debts in a professional and courteous manner.

2. **Communication**: Effectively communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment plans.

3. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and agreements.

4. **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in debt collection practices.

5. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns while upholding the company's reputation.

6. **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate payment terms and settlements to achieve optimal results for both the customer and the company.

7. **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on collection activities, progress, and challenges for management review.

8. **Incentive Programs**: Maximize earnings through collections incentives and petrol incentives for efficient travel.

Qualifications:

- Experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
