Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
