**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and other financial operations within a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and variances.
3. Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Assist in the maintenance of financial records and databases.
5. Participate in monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
6. Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
7. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
8. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
9. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
10. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.

**Qualifications**:
1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
2. Proficient in Google sheets.
3. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
