**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to deliver exceptional client campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate or MBA Marketing.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising and media landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
