**Controls/User Provisioning support analyst**

**What can you expect?**
- Strong role-based access control knowledge
- Gather users’ requirements. Translate requirements to business and technical documents.
- Research the current IAM business process and suggest improvements to make it efficient.
- The role involves close collaboration with the IAM team and business users.
- Write test cases and scenarios for testing in the development environment. Help Business users conduct UAT testing and obtain their signoff.
- Work with auditors and provide evidence of provisioning, transfers and terminations requests.
- Fully understand Identity and Access life cycle process which include processing joiners, movers and leavers.
- Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system Manager.
- Capacity to work in organized manner in a fast-paced environment.

**We will count on you to**:

- Analyses of business and technical requirements. Work with the business stakeholders and the IAM developers to ensure the implementation of the requested requirements.
- Identify, track, and resolve any issues that may arise during implementation of requirements
- Develop test cases scenarios for testing in the development, SIT and UAT environments.
- Support IT audit process and work closely with Audit teams.
- Mentor and train Junior staff.

**What you need to have**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience with identity access management in OIM.

**What makes you stand out?**
- Strong experience in Business Analysis/Support of identity access management solution.
- CISSP certification
