**Job Title: Business Development Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive

business opportunities and developing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other

bid requests. The Business Development Executive will work collaboratively with

cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align

with our business goals and values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,

prospecting, and lead generation
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and

other bid requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and

marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and

opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue

targets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ year of experience in business development, sales, or bid management
- Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals in

response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with Upwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
