**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain computers, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing reports, documents, and other materials in both Hindi and English.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing data.
- Assist with maintaining office records, files, and databases.
- Ensure smooth running of the system, troubleshoot minor issues, and report technical problems when necessary.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the management.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security while handling sensitive information.
- Maintain and update operational procedures and records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding workflow and status updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Hindi and English typing (minimum speed of 30 WPM in both languages).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer operation or a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data entry software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

**Desired Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
