Tricon is seeking a Operations Executive (CHA) - India Distribution in Mumbai.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordination with purchase ops for procurement details.
- Purchase Order creation in system and share details with overseas suppliers.
- Co-ordination with overseas supplier / team for shipment planning, verification of draft documents.
- Process booking of Purchase Invoice in system & maintain documentations records.
- Timely share purchase documents with clearing agent.
- Maintain Purchase record.
- Handle duty payments and other custom clearance activities preciously.
- Handle the day-to-day customs clearance operations.
- Operational knowledge of DPD, CFS, Bonded Storage and Clearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skill with Suppliers, Customers, Shipping Lines, Vendors, Port, CFS.
- Daily co-ordination with Port, Shipping Lines, Transporters, CHA and Customers.
- Reconciliation of daily inward inventory to Warehouse & booking of inventory in system.
- Weekly Reporting of open order status.
- Reporting of ongoing activities and planning for incoming shipments.
- Knowledge of Supply chain Activities.
- Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-waybill & GST.
- Development of new vendors / service provider to maintain cost efficiency.
- Knowledge of warehouse set up.
- Maintain proactive communication in order to process the shipments on time.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proactive communication skills to ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Ability to identify and address issues in the procurement and logistics process.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- 5+ years professional experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
