**Job description**
- Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre
- Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
- Making outbound calls / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions
- Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
- Recording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into system
- Getting all the statutory ID and qualification proofs from the premium members and storing it safely
- Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
- Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
- Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership
- Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities
- Coordinating with the service team to smoothly handover converted members
- Meeting daily talk time Targets and Calls to be done.

**Requirements**:

- Min 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience Sales or Telesales
- Minimum HSC passed
- Extremely presentable with a pleasing personality
- Fluent in English, Tamil
- Familiarity with the Internet and the usage of computers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
